The staff were accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. The pool and sauna were relaxing. The food offered was exceptional, with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient and easily accessible for tourists and business travel.
The wifi connectivity was poor throughout the establishment, including the reception area and rooms. At times, the staff's communication and organization were not consistent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and spa area, were fantastic and provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the Austrian Alpine valley. The location of the hotel in this beautiful valley was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery and offering plenty of outdoor activities.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my business trip. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the valley and village. the food was delicious, especially the dinner and breakfast options. I also enjoyed the relaxing sauna and pool facilities after a long day of work.
There were a couple of minor issues. the wifi connection wasn't very strong, making it difficult to work from my room.
